What rentals do you offer?
We have bounce houses, party decor boxes, tables and chairs, backdrops and coming soon - soft play yards!

How do I book a rental?
Use our online Square booking site to easily book your event!

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons like summer and holidays. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

What are your safety protocols?
Safety is our top priority. Our bounce houses are regularly inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before each use. We also provide safety guidelines that must be followed during the event, and a rules sign will be on display. We also have an add-on service of an onsite supervisor.

Do you provide setup and tear down?
Yes! Our team handles the setup and takedown of all equipment, including bounce houses and party setups. We’ll arrive before your event to set everything up and return afterward to pack it all up.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If bad weather or heavy wind is expected, we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a full money back refund if prefered. We monitor weather conditions closely and prioritize safety above all else.

Are there any age or weight limits for the bounce houses?
Our standard bounce houses are suitable for children aged 2-9. Our rentals page has a description of weight/person limit and each bounce house’s dimensions.

What do I need to provide on the day of the event?
We take care of almost everything, but you will need to provide access to electricity, depending on the service. We’ll discuss these details with you during the booking process.

What are your payment options?
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, venmo, afterpay and other secure payment methods. Full payment is due before the day of the event.

How much space do I need and does the area have to be completely flat? Can you set up in my driveway?
You will need enough space to safely set up the bounce house, including clearance on all sides for safe entry and exit. Our bounce houses can be set up on grass or hard surfaces, but it is safest on a completely flat level. If you are unsure about your space, we can assess the area during the booking process. We do not set up on sand, mulch or dirt.

Do you offer discount bundles?
Yes! If you book 3 or more services, you get 20% off your total!

Do I need to pay a deposit/retainer? What is your cancellation policy?
A non-refundable retainer of 50% of your total will need to be paid upfront. The rest is due by the day before your event. Retainers are only refunded due to inclement weather cancellations that cannot be rescheduled. A cancellation fee will be applied if the event is cancelled for any other reason than weather less than 24 hours before the event.
